• It is more satisfying to help the weak to improve rather than the strong to become stronger.

• In human to human relationship, we respect friendship and seniority;

• It is much more satisfying to succeed based on one's own capability rather than relying on one's

• People who think that they are superior because of race, nationality and religion are actually suffering from inferior complex. They need these to boost their confidence.

• A chip on the shoulder made one work harder.  Being the underdog provide more motivation and challenges.
