NUS Computing students Yeo Quan Yang and Jeremy Heng Wen Ming won the 7th Singapore Cyber Conquest Championship. The competition allowed participants to build, practise, and measure their skills in real-world defensive, analytic, and offensive practices and covered the following skill areas: Vulnerability Assessment, Packet Analysis, Penetration Testing, System Hardening, Malware Analysis, Digital Forensics and Incident Response.

AI startup ViSenze raises US$10.5m Series B

ViSenze, a spin-off company of NExt Search Center, has raised US$10.5 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Rakuten Ventures, WI Harper Group and Enspire Capital. NUS students' app makes doing laundry less of a chore

Using messaging app Telegram and their coding skills, three NUS undergraduates, including NUS Computing student David Ten, have created a chatbot, College Laundry, that tells students when a washing or dryer machine is available and when their laundry is ready to be collected from the machines.
