Booking Of Computer Laboratories

Rental Rates(Mon - Fri , 9.00am - 5.00pm)

Terms & Conditions:

1. Rental booking must be made in advance at least 2 weeks before the actual date of use. Kindly email leongwk at comp.nus.edu.sg for enquiry.

2. The renting organization must ensure that the room is clean and tidy at all times and after use before returning the room to School Of Computing, SoC.

3. No room is to be used for private or political purposes. They are for use for SoC approved activities only. SoC reserves the right to refuse renting the rooms unconditionally without the need for giving any reason of doing so.

4. SoC reserves the right to revise the rental rates of the facilities at any time.

5. The renting organization will pay for all losses, damages or costs of replacements to the equipment and fixtures arising from any form of mishandling.

6. Neither SoC nor National University of Singapore will be held liable for any loss of personal items that are brought into any of the rooms with or without our expressed permission.
