Welcome
to the central-facility (CF) homepage of the School of Computing
(SoC). The SoC CF team consists of 3 technical groups:
- Technical
Services staff;
- Workshop/Lab
Officers; and
- ITU
(IT unit; aka COMCITA) staff.
Together,
we manage facilities and equipment in SoC and provide the related
services.
We
aim to provide effective and efficient
services and supports for teaching, research and administration
in SoC, as part of the efforts to enable SoC to achieve its mission
to be an international centre of excellence for multi-disciplinary
learning and research in IT.
