CHANG Ting Ting, Klarissa

Dr. Klarissa Ting-Ting Chang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She received her Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior and M.Sc. degree in Industrial Administration from the Carnegie Mellon University. She holds a B.Sc. (First Class Honors) degree in Computer & Information Sciences and a M.Sc. degree in Information Systems from NUS. Prior to joining NUS, she has consulted for several organizations including IBM Research, Robert Bosch GmbH, Seagate Research, Siemens AG, and Hewlett Packard. Her research interests include psychological contracts in knowledge sharing, virtual teams and social computing technologies.
