KIM, Seung Hyun

Dr. Seung Hyun Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Dr. Kim joined NUS in September 2008. He received his Ph.D. (2008) and M.Sc. (2005) degrees in Industrial Administration (Information Systems) from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, and his bachelors degrees in economics, applied statistics, and business administration (2002) from the Yonsei University in Korea.

Prior to joining NUS, Dr. Kim has worked in the banking industry. Dr. Kim's research has focused on the economics of information technology. His current research covers knowledge management systems, customer relationship management, and information security.
