Ng Boon Yuen is a Lecturer in the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She received her B.S. (Highest Honors) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley, and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining NUS in 2003, she was a consultant with the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore.

Boon Yuen was a winner of the School of Computing Teaching Excellence Award (2004 and 2007) and the NUS Annual Teaching Excellence Award (2005). Her teaching interests include technology strategy and management, and information security management.
