Mr. Goh is a PhD candidate in the Department of Information Systems at the National University of Singapore. He is also a Senior IT Manager in Computer Centre, National University of Singapore (NUS). He heads the Enterprise Architecture Team and the Strategic UTown Admission System team in NUS. His interest includes understanding of how IT is applied in practice. Mr. Du is a Ph.D candidate in the Department of Information Systems at the National University of Singapore. He is interested in understanding strategic implications of IT phenomena, such as IT outsourcing and Green IT. His research leverages on popular management theories, including ambidexterity and boundary spanning. Mr. Du’s work appeared in International Conference on Information Systems 2009 and 2010. She has also done some research in e-commerce and information privacy. Jerry Ping is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Information Systems, National University of Singapore (NUS). Before he joined NUS, he got his B.S. in computer science from Fudan University, China. His current research focuses on marketing in digital platform which examines the underlying mechanism how consumers respond to different marketing incentives across platforms. Some of his researches have appeared in conference proceedings including International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) and Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS). He also served as a tutor for a number of undergraduate level modules related to customer relationship management, programming for business, and information systems development.
