Mr Bruce Liang is a Partner
with Accenture, and is now based in Shanghai
where he serves as Vice President of
Accenture Greater China and General Manager
of Accenture Greater China Public Service
Operating Group Practice.
Bruce has extensive
experience in management consulting,
technology consulting, Business-IT systems
implementation and outsourcing across Asia
Pacific. One of his major accomplishments
has been to design and direct the planning
and implementation of a 200,000 man-days
Business-IT transformation programme in
Singapore.
Bruce has successfully
patented one of his designs with the World
Intellectual Property Organisation. Over the
years in Accenture, Bruce has won numerous
awards, from community awards to team awards
and outstanding employee recognition award.
In addition, he has helped several of his
clients win national and regional IT awards.
Bruce started working for
Accenture as an intern from NUS in 1993. He
was then an undergraduate with NUS
Department of Information System & Computer
Science (the predecessor of NUS School of
Computing). After nine months of internship
with Accenture, Bruce joined the company and
has been there ever since.
He graduated from NUS-DISCS
in 1994.
