(DISCS) at National University of Singapore
in 1995.
After graduation, she joined
POSBank, where she spearheaded the POSBNet
project, which was the largest internet

Catherine remained in the
e-payments and eCommerce field for over 10

She was Vice President (eNETS) at the

During her tenure with eNETS,
the company bucked the trend of the dot-com

agencies, airlines, movie operators) and
small companies.
Catherine recently joined
Fullerton Financial Holdings in Dubai, with

to generate the next wave of global economic
transformation. Fullerton Financial Holdings
is a fully-owned subsidiary of Singapore’s
Temasek Holdings.
Besides her degree from NUS,
Catherine holds an MBA from the University
of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business,
where she graduated with Honours and was
elected into the business honour society
Beta Gamma Sigma, a privilege reserved for
the top 20 percent of graduates from each
year.
