Mr Oliver Tian is Chief
Executive Officer of Hutcabb Consulting, the
latest position of responsibility that he
has held in various organisations in his
career spanning more than two decades.
Currently President of the
Computer & Information Science Alumni
Association (CISAA), Oliver has enhanced NUS
alumni collaborations over the past six
years. He is a regular participant in many
alumni-centric seminars, reunions and
dialogue sessions.
Since 2002, he has been a
member of the Industry Advisory Committee of
NUS School of Computing. He is also a
recipient of NUS Distinguished Alumni
Service Award 2007.
A visionary in learning strategies and
experiential sharing, Oliver specialises in
delivering presentations on Leadership
topics and the 3 Cs : Change Management,
Communications, and Coaching & motivation.
He has a comprehensive background in
computing technology, business management
and learning exposure.
With over 20 years of
corporate experience, Oliver has been
invited to speak at numerous HR and
knowledge related conferences, and consulted
with various large organisations and
government bodies. He has also written many
articles on change and performance
behaviours with several online journals.
Oliver has a consultancy
background in business process management
and advanced technologies such as Objects,
Case-Base Reasoning and Natural Language. In
terms of industry experience, his exposure
spans banking, telecommunications,
government, healthcare, manufacturing and
distribution.
