Beyond Bytes and Chips: SoC
Student Noted for Alternative Achievement
An infocomm trail-blazer in full biker’s gear on a cool Harley…
A software engineer in climbing gear posing fearlessly, dangling
from a sheer cliff face…
A CIO cruising in an open-top convertible, with her long tresses
billowing in the breeze…
Such images are becoming quite common place in real life, and
they serve to dispel the myth that the computing sector is
populated by bland and serious individuals.
Dismissing the myth further, SoC fourth-year student Eric Feng
has literally taken to the floor, even spinning money from it.
For his passion and the efforts that he has put in to public
speaking, Eric has recently been recognised as an alternative
achiever by the local press.
