Please ensure that the following information are furnished if you intend to map modules from the Centre for Language Studies:

1. Module title and code
2. Module description
3. Detailed course content
4. Course syllabus (progression)
5. Course Structure (number of hours; weekly and total hours of the course)
6. Title of text used and contents covered
7. Grammar content given
8. Whether course is examinable
9. Whether grade is given and reflected on transcripts issued by Partner University
10. URL to course website  or email by course coordinator from Partner University where this information can be verified 

(ii) Mapping of modules from other departments in FASS:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If you do not receive your transcripts within 2 months after coming back from SEP, you are required to check with the partner university on the status of your transcripts.

You have to read the modules as GRADED in the partner universities in order to have the credits transferred to your NUS modules. Please refer to International Relations Office's website for further information: http://www.nus.edu.sg/iro/nus/students/prog/sep/faq.html
