August 10th 2007: Deployment at MINDS

August 3rd, 2007: Deployment at GEHA

The 3rd of August marked the fruition of our efforts. We deployed the system successfully at GEHA on that day.
We brought all the hardware, that is the server, the LAN cables, the touch screen monitor, the barcode scanner, as well as a spare monitor to aid us while deploying. After connecting the server to the hub and configuring it, we laid the cables and connected the remaining PCs to the hub. After that we verified that the system was working as it should be, tested the touch screen and barcode scanner, did some basic user training, and left.
We spent about one and a half hours there. Lim Yin was satisfied and happy.
