Changes/Cancellations

You can register in 2 ways - by mail or on-line.  Both provide the option of allowing you to reserve rooms at the conference hotel. Transportation from the conference hotel to the conference venue will be provided free-of-charge.

 

On-Line Registration

This on-line registration system is based on the use of credit cards. When you send us your order, we will process your credit card payment. If the credit card charge is successful, we will e-mail you a confirmation of your conference registration within 14 working days. You should also receive an e-mail/fax confirmation for your room reservation from the hotel. If the credit transaction is unsuccessful, we (hotel included) will promptly notify you. If you do not hear from us (hotel included) within that time, please fax a copy of your form to (65) 7779096.

Your official conference receipt will be bundled with your registration package, to be collected onsite.


 
 

Registration by Mail

If you prefer to pay by money order or bank draft, or if you cannot access a secure online server, you will need to print out the application form, fill in the information and mail it together with your payment to:

We will e-mail/fax you a confirmation of your conference registration within 14 working days of receiving your application. The hotel will e-mail/fax you a confirmation of your room reservation. If you do not hear from us (hotel included) within that time, please e-mail us.

Your official conference receipt will be bundled with your registration package, to be collected onsite.


 

Changes/Cancellations

For conference registration, a refund of 50% will be given for written cancellations received by 1st November 2000. Thereafter, the full amount will be forfeited.

Any changes in hotel reservations, including cancellations should be communicated directly to the hotel:

Room cancellations must be  done at least 3 days before your arrival date otherwise a one night charge applies.
