bulletthe following is a famous website to find DNA, RNA, protein structure, etc http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ you should have the name of the RNA for the system to find the sequence out. However, there are many DNA and cDNA provided by the system and few RNA because DNA is the transcription of RNA and they are just in opposite sequence.
