I am a graduate research student (2nd year) in department of computer science at School of Computing (SOC), National University of Singapore (NUS). I am doing my research under joint supervision by Prof. Tan Chew Lim from SOC and Dr. Su Jian and Dr. Yang Xiaofeng from I2R.
I received my Bachelor of Computing (Second Upper Class of Honour, CAP 4.04/5.0) in SOC, NUS, 2007. Together with that, I obtained a Minor degree in Mathematics from factulty of science.

I have studied the resolution of anaphors with "other" keywords in bio-medical article abstracts.

I was born in Beijing, China on March 9th 1983. My family is an ordinary middle-class Chinese family. My father is a research scientist in Chinese Academy of Science. My mother is a local government clerk. I spent my childhood and first half of my teenage time (upto 15 years-old) in China. After that I came Singapore under the Singapore MOE scholarship. I joined the Chinese High School as Secondary 3. After my "O" level, I went to Anglo-Chinese Junior College for two years. Then I was enrolled for SOC, NUS for 4 years. In May 2007, I complete my bachelor degree and continue my graduate study as a research student in SOC, NUS.
