3DStreaming is a ''receiver-driven'' ''view-dependent'' streaming system for ''progressive meshes''. Given a manifold mesh, we first generate a progressive mesh from it. Then we compress it and packetize it to two files: a base mesh file and a file with refinement packets. 

We implemented an server-client system to enable the view-dependent streaming. When the client connects to the server, base mesh will be be sent from the server, and then the client request the refinements to improve the quality of the visible part of the mesh. The visibility decision is done by the receiver based on received partial mesh.

Our packetizer program will treat //pm// files as they have 64 bit size_t data. Therefore, if the //pm// file is actually created on 32 bit systems, we need to run pm32to64 to convert it to 64 bit version.

3DStreaming
