Program Electives Update (July 2002)

The new requirement for Program Electives is as follows:

Pass four 4000-level (and above) modules from Elective areas A1 – A4, A7. At least three modules must be from the following list of modues:

Any 4000-level (and above) modules from A7

CS4231 Parallel and Distributed Algorithms

CS4243 Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition

CS4247 Image Synthesis and Computer Animation

CS4248 Natural Language Processing

CS5214 The Design and Implementation of Optimising Compilers

CS5222 Advanced Processor Architectures

CS5233 Simulation & Modeling Techniques

CS4236 Temporal Logics

Any EE4xxx or EE5xxx modules (subject to department’s approval)
