exchange - quota strictly dependent on incoming numbers. Exchange students
cannot take classes at the Freshman (1000) and Sophomore (2000) levels, &
may not be registered for a specific class if: (1) Pre-requisites for the
course are not met - students can try to show that they have done the NUS
equivalent, if applicable. (2) The course is full (however, students can
request an "overload" permit from the professor - a few students
are allowed over the published maximum) Exchange students will need to speak
with a professor for the above situations - typically, 1 or 2 of their
classes will fall into these categories. Housing is only available for
students going during Sem 2 or a full academic year. It is NOT available
during Sem 1. |
