Please note that these past records of module mappings only serve as a guide for you and are still subject to the final approval from the respective offices.

(A) Mapping of SoC and other Cross-Faculty Modules:

- except modules from Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences (FASS), Faculty of Science (FoS) and Faculty of Engineering (FoE)

 

Please send your module mappings to Shanika in the following format:  

 

* Module Mapping Application Form

 

* Module Mapping Application Form-NUS Overseas College (NOC)

 

Note that incomplete documents will only result in delays in processing.  

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check that you have met the respective pre-requisites for the modules that you intend to map over.

 

 

(B) Mapping of modules from Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences (FASS):

 

(i) Mapping of modules from CENTRE FOR LANGUAGE STUDIES:

 

Please fill up the form and submit to Shanika

 

Please ensure that the following information are furnished if you intend to map modules from the Centre for Language Studies:

1. Module title and code

2. Module description

3. Detailed course content

4. Course syllabus (progression)

5. Course Structure (number of hours; weekly and total hours of the course)

6. Title of text used and contents covered

7. Grammar content given

8. Whether course is examinable

9. Whether grade is given and reflected on transcripts issued by Partner University

10. URL to course website  or email by course coordinator from Partner University where this information can be verified 


(ii) Mapping of modules from other departments in FASS:

 

Please fill up the form and submit to Shanika 

 

 

(C) Mapping of modules from Faculty of Science (FoS):

 

Please fill up the form and submit to Shanika 

 

Note that a separate form is needed for every module mapping request

 

 

(D) Mapping of modules from Faculty of Engineering (FoE):

 

Please refer to the following guide and submit the form accordingly to Shanika

 

 

(E) General Education Modules (GEM) or Singapore Studies (SS) modules at Partner Universities:

 

Please fill up the GEM or SS form and submit to Mr Calvin Murty and copy to Shanika

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- If you do not receive your transcripts within 2 months after coming back from SEP, you are required to check with the partner university on the status of your transcripts.

- You have to read the modules as GRADED in the partner universities in order to have the credits transferred to your NUS modules. Please refer to International Relations Office's website for further information: http://www.nus.edu.sg/iro/nus/students/prog/sep/faq.html

IF YOU HAD ATTENDED SEP AT A UNIVERSITY WHOSE LANGUAGE MEDIUM IS NOT ENGLISH, PLEASE ASK FOR AN ENGLISH TRANSLATED COPY.
