The University of Toronto operates one city campus (St. George) and two suburban campuses (Mississauga and Scarborough). The main campus at St. George is located in downtown and most exchange students prefer to study there, but housing is very limited and thus NOT guaranteed. Exchange students are accepted at either the University of Toronto Scarborough or Missisauga campuses are guaranteed on-campus housing. However, they must go for either the full academic year or the second (winter) term. They may not go for only the first (fall) term. Program NOT open to exchange students include Dentistry, Management (MBA), Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy. Fall Term: Sept to Dec Winter Term: Jan to Apr Spring Term : May to Aug (not open to exchange students) 1) Law and BIZ have separate agreements. 2) Students on U-wide exchange cannot take Law and Biz courses from Osgoode and Schulich. 3) Fine arts courses usually have auditions the previous semester, hence students will not be accepted unless they go for a year. 4) There are 2 campuses - Keele and Glendon. Students should mainly take courses from the Keele campus. If they wish to take courses from the Glendon campus, they should not schedule them on the same day as the Keele campus courses because of travel time needed.
