Interests

I'm interested in computer graphics in general and real-time rendering in particular. Lately I've been looking into computer animation as well.
I'm inspired by the demoscene and hope to make my first demo someday.

Publications

Journal Papers

Efficient screen-space approach to high-quality multiscale ambient occlusion
Thai-Duong Hoang, Kok-Lim Low
The Visual Computer, 28(3), 289--304(2012)
[Preprint - PDF]
Note: This is a more complete version of the CGI '11 paper.
It includes corrections and improvements on the method, with more detailed discussions and results.

Conference Papers

Multi-resolution screen-space ambient occlusion
Thai-Duong Hoang, Kok-Lim Low
CGI '11: Proceedings of the 2011 Computer Graphics International Conference
