If you need Visa and Invitation Letter to enter China, please mail to Dr. Wang xiaoling wxling@fudan.edu.cn. Before asking for invitation letter, please ensure that you have registered.

Please let us know your address information in detail and your fax number.

If you need an official letter, please let us know the following information.

1) A copy of your passport, especially the number, you could send the scanned copy by email.

2) Which consulate or embassy you like to apply visa in your country. For example " General Conlsulate of PR of China in Munichen, Roman Str.107, 80639 Munichen, Germany. Fax: 089-17301619. Tel: 089-17301612. "

3) If you need original letter, please let us know. We will send it to you after faxing.
