I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Lab for Media Search (LMS) and my advisor is Prof. Tat-Seng Chua. I received NUS Graduate School for Interactive Science and Engineering (NGSS) scholarship in 2009 when I moved from University of Tehran to National University of Singapore to continue my graduate studies.

I am generally interested in text analysis problems including opinion mining, sentiment analysis, question answering, and summarization.
