You've just arrived at my ever-outdated (emergency) webpage. I am a fourth year Ph.D. student at National University of Singapore (NUS), here I belong to Computational Linguistics laboratory. I am also so-called attached to Institute of Infocomm Research (I2R). My beloved supervisors are Dr. Haizhou Li (I2R) and A/P Min-Yen Kan (NUS). I am also belong to Web Information Retrieval / Natural Language Group (WING in short), check out the website: our groups stores lots of corpus, proceedings and lots of cool stuffs. The currently focus of WING group is on Digital Library.

Currently, I am looking at opportunies outside Singapore to broaden my experience in the field, but not limited, Natural Language Processing. If you have information about post-doctoral or permanent research position, please fell free to contact me at the address shown above.  Here are my CV for consideration =)

I have spent the last two and half years working on statistical machine translation. Early in this period, I am working on named-entity translation problem and also phrase table extraction. Lately and towards the end of my candidature, I am working on phrase ordering problem within the scope of machine translation. Check out the following publications for detail (in chronological order), but read this short first disclaimer =)
