Leong, Tze Yun

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, School of Computing, at the National University of Singapore. I direct the Medical Computing Laboratory in the school and lead the Biomedical Decision Engineering Group, a cross-faculty, multidisciplinary research program at the university.

My research interests include decision-theoretic artificial intelligence, temporal and probabilistic reasoning, machine learning, adaptive computing, and biomedical informatics.

My practical experiences include developing and evaluating tools to automate and facilitate cost-effectiveness analysis, especially in outcomes research, biomedical decision making, medical technology evaluation, health policy planning, and pharmacoeconomic modeling.
