If you miss the online Streaming Exercise dates, you would have to download
the paper form and submit to the General Office. Forms can be downloaded from
the Undergraduate
Programme website.
You can register via the
Internet from anywhere in the world.
To register your stream, you would need:
- Matriculation Number
- Matriculation Card PIN (If you have forgotten your PIN, click
here )
- Know the stream you want to get into.
The streaming system allows you
to choose your preferred stream.
The system is only for students in the 2005/2006, 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 cohort.
When will I be streamed?
1st Streaming exercise:
Students will be streamed into their 4 Year programmes of their interest,
career orientation after two semesters of studies.
Subsequent streaming:
Students can choose their stream before the CORS registration each semester before their 6th semester.
Transfer among Programmes (exclude BComp (CE) ):
Use prescribed application form in the Undergraduate General Office.

- Computer Science
- Computer Science with specialization in Algorithms and Computation
- Computer Science with specialization in Multimedia Modelling
- Communications and Media
- Communications and Media with specialization in Games
Department of Information Systems
- Information Systems
- Information Systems with specialization in Services Science, Management and Engineering
- Electronic Commerce
What if I don't stream?
The modules list that appears in CORS is determined by the Stream that you are in. Certain modules would not appear unless you are in that particular stream. So, to take certain modules, you would need to be streamed before CORS starts.
Please note that streaming is
subject to acceptance by the relevant department.
