Chee Wei PHANG (David) is currently an instructor and PhD candidate in the Department of Information  Systems, School of Computing at  the National University of Singapore (NUS). He received his BComp (Hons) in 2003 from NUS. His thesis title is "Investigating Electronic Participation in Online Policy Discussion Networks", under the supervision of Dr Atreyi Kankanhalli.
