A rule-based Sentence Splitter, which is being revised on an irregular basis. (It requires JDK1.4++.)
JavaRAP is a publicly avaiable implementation of the classic Resolution of Anaphora Procedure (RAP) given by Lappin and Leass (1994).
Paraphrase Recognition (Not ready yet)
