Professor Sanjay Jain received his Bachelor's degree from Indian
Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India in 1986.
He received his M. S. and Ph.D. from University of Rochester,
in 1988 and 1990 respectively.
Before he joined School of Computing in 1994, he was an associate research staff
at the Institute of System Sciences (1992-94)
and Assistant Professor at the University of Delaware (1990-92).
His research interests include
Inductive Inference, Computational Learning Theory,
Structural Complexity, Recursion Theory.
