PROFILE

Barney Tan Chee Chang is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Information Systems, School of Computing at the National University of Singapore. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2004 where he received his Bachelor of Computing (Hons) degree in Information Systems.

Prior to joining the Graduate Program, he was a Lecturer in Business Information Technology at the Institute of Technical Education (Singapore).
