Tania was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, in 1989. She stayed in Jakarta for 4 years, then moved to its satellite city, Tangerang, where she pursued her primary and secondary studies. She came to Singapore in 2007 to pursue her undergraduate study in the National University of Singapore.
