Xinwei Wang obtained her PhD from the National University of Singapore. She is now a Research Fellow at  the Department of Information Systems. 　 Her research interest includes IT-mediated marketing communications, individual and organizational adoption of innovative IT and IS, and IT personnel management. Her studies have been published in the Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology, International Conference on Information Systems, European Conference on Information Systems, Americas Conference on Information Systems and Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences. 　 She is a member of the Association of Information Systems.
