Commencement of Meeting

• The 22nd Executive Committee Secretary Wong Lim Soon called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.

President's Report

• The President's report was received and passed by all members present unanimously.

Treasurer's Report

• The Treasurer's Report was presented by Leong Yim Seng on behalf of Ashvin Thambyah. It was received and passed by all members present unanimously.

Election of Executive Committee

• The following candidates were proposed by Chen Hung to be elected en-bloc to the offices specified:

  This proposal was seconded by Oh Lock Soon and was passed unanimously by all members present. The individuals named above were elected to the specified positions in the 23rd Executive Committee, except Jayson Goh.

  *Jayson Goh is a member of the ADC and is thus only eligible as an observer on the executive committee in accordance with the ICAAS Constitution.

Election of Auditors

• The following candidates volunteered to serve as auditors of the 23rd ICAAS Executive Committee:

  nominee
  I.P. Wang*
  Oh Lock Soon

  There being no other nomination, nomination was proposed closed by Chen Hung, seconded by Wong Lim Soon, and passed unanimously by all members present. The individuals named above were elected auditors of the 23rd Executive Committee, except I.P. Wang.

  *I.P. Wang served as Auditor last year and thus is not eligible this year in accordance with the ICAAS Consitution.

  Chen Hung was subsequently asked to served as the second Auditor.
