Brief Bio

I am currently a second year PhD student in Computer Science in School of Computing, National University of Singapore(NUS). My supervisor is Dr. Wang Ye, in the lab of Sound and Music Computing Lab (SMC).

I got my bachelor degree from Fudan University in China in 2008. My graduate research is mainly to capture human figures in sports videos (computer vision) directed by Dr. JinCheng.

Research Interests
  • Sound and Music Computing: singing voice transcription, note modeling, and sound analysis & synthesis

  • Multimedia: audio-video data fusion, multimedia system design for education and healthcare

  • Human Computer Interaction: Mobile human interaction, usability study, HCI for kids and edutainment
