The Benedict is a lecturer at the Department of Information Systems and Analytics, School of Computing, National University of Singapore. He has been an academic in the field of Information Technology for over 10 years. He is actively involved in research work focusing on education technology, particularly in the web-based instructional design and online learning behaviour. He has published first-authored papers in leading conferences, such as the International Learning Analytics & Knowledge (LAK) Conference and the International Conference on Education & New Learning Technologies.
