APACHE SINGA 5.1.0 released

We are happy to announce the release of Apache SINGA v5.1.0!

In this version, we added the implementations for Low-Rank Adaptation of LLMs (LORA) and Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT), update the healthcare model zoo, and add more healthcare examples, etc.

We started Apache SINGA, a distributed deep learning platform, in 2014; incubated it at Apache Software Foundation (ASF) in 2015, and released its first version in October 2015. It graduated as the first ASF top-level-project (TOP) on distributed learning in Oct 2019.
