My name is Dinh Tien Tuan Anh, and everybody calls me Anh. I am currently a senior research fellow at the School of Computing, National Univesrity of Singapore. I am working with Prof. Ooi Beng Chin in the project CIIDAA. With other colleagues, we investigate the security and privacy issues for big-data analytics.

Prior to joining NUS, I worked with Assoc Prof. Anwitaman Datta at Nanyang Technological University on on the pCloud project. Before that, I completed my PhD at University of Birmingham, UK, under the supervision of Prof Mark Ryan and Dr Georgios Theodoropolous. My PhD concerns the hardware-based security for distributed systems, particularly peer-to-peer (P2P) systems. My thesis is titled: Trustworthy infrastructure for Peer-to-Peer applications using hardware based security. I then spent 4 months working as an intern at Microsoft Research Cambridge, studying network problems in data centers.
