In Kuching for our wedding (27th February: counting down to 1st March....)

This was a fabulous Makan day. But then again, which day wasn't?!? I get to eat all the stuff I missed in Singapore! Yay, have almost forgotten the aroma of Sarawak ko lo mee. Here are some of the pics that we took:

“Nyau chu sai” or better sounding, “mouse cakes”.

Another shot of it. Ingredients include prawns, minced meat, pork slices and char siew.

My order, ko lo mee. Can only have this in Sarawak! Syok!

Seafood dinner at Top Spot (or formerly known as Taman Kereta)

The shots show the aftermath of the attack, so nothing much to see of the dishes. Quite standard chow, I must admit.

Some of them look tired 'cos they've just come back from Batang Ai.

Others arrived just the same afternoon.

Eng Tiong's verdict: Drop standard liau since the last time he was here 6 months ago.
