If you need to learn, ask the others. 1 One Meeting with both groups present: ----------------------------------- As discussed with you, I have re-arranged your individual group meetings into one joint one. Usually, we track progress and then have technical meetings if necessary. 2 Detailed Design --------------- For this first meeting, we will do software design first. Everyone is expected to be present. The two Team Leaders are expected to participate heavily in the design process. The others can also contribute if appropriate -- but ALL must know the design issues and understand the design decisions made. (For the RADS-GUI group, Desmond will not be present, so one person must "stand-in" for him.) 3. Tracking Meeting ---------------- For the tracking meeting, the RADS-GIS should prepare to run their demo program. Please also print out your respective Project Plans -- using MS Project. Then mention where you are and what you are working on right now and for the following week. Get the Progress Tracking template from the RAS-Group Dev Site. Senior Team: Please prepare for the Design of the Classes and all that. We need a laptop with BOOST installed. (I have one if you guys need it.) INKS: I have asked the INKS group to be present to know about how we design and to pick up what can be reused in INKS. They will not attend the project tracking portion.... ALL: Make sure you all have BOOST installed on your PC/laptop. We intend to use it and so you should have it ready.
