Virtual Microscope

The objective is to develop a system for acquisition, analysis, and retrieval of breast cancer histopathological micro-images.
The system can access a real microscope over web. It can help pathologists acquire digital micro-images, perform grading, and assess the grading results.

A prototype virtual microscope was showcased at opening ceremony of I2R.
