PURGE_MASTER_LOG procedure

This procedure removes local messages in the DBA_REPCATLOG view associated with a specified identification number, source, or replicated master group.

Syntax

DBMS_REPCAT.PURGE_MASTER_LOG (
   id      IN   BINARY_INTEGER, 
   source  IN   VARCHAR2, 
   gname   IN   VARCHAR2);

Parameters

id	Identification number of the request, as it appears in the `DBA_REPCATLOG` view.
source	Master site from which the request originated.
gname	Name of the replicated master group for which the request was made.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
nonmaster	`gname` is not `NULL`, and the invocation site is not a master site.
