Recent improvement in high-throughput sequencing analysis have allowed
us to conduct a genome-wide gene regulator research. However, analyzing
gene regulator associated sequence is still a difficult assignment for
researchers operating a gene regulator analysis. Several difficulties
such as compatibilities and dependencies are often circumstance to
researchers using analytical software, during the configuration or
installation of software. This is a high hurdle to any research
institute without computing facilities and specialists. Therefore,
a proper research environment is an urgent need for researchers
working on gene regulator analysis. We developed Ubuntu based LiveCD
to provide a research environment for gene expression regulation analysis
that requires no configuration, installation.
