The ALT 2016 proceedings proceedings appeared in the Springer Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI 9925) series; the venue for ALT 2017 will be the JMLR Workshop and Conference Proceedings Series.

Special Issue.
Selected papers will be invited for the Special Issue of ALT 2017 in the journal Theoretical Computer Science.

E. M. Gold Award.
One scholarship of EUR 555 will be awarded to a student author of an excellent paper; this paper can be coauthored by other researchers. The last year's winner is
