MRI/X-Ray Analytics

We develop innovative deep learning models to perform MRI/X-Ray analytics. The analytic tasks include pulmonary nodule detection and bone age prediction.

We innovatively propose a convolutional neural network for pulmonary nodule detection. Our deep learning method achieves 97.11% accuracy and it is useful to assist the doctors to diagnose patients.

Given an x-ray image of a child's hand, we need to estimate the bone age of the child. This task is challenging because of limited training samples and noisy labels. We develop a deep convolutional neural network to estimate the bone age.
