Assessment
There will be 100 marks for the course: up to three makrs for
up to three starred assignment handed in;
further assignments handed in will be corrected
but do not receive marks. Furthermore, there are two midterm
examinations counting 15 marks each. The final examination counts
67 marks. All examinations are closed book examinations without
any material (books, helpsheet and so on).
Timetable
The lecture is
Tuesday from 1200 hrs to 1400 hrs in S16#04-36,
Friday from 1200 hrs to 1400 hrs in S16#04-36.
The tutorials start in week 3. They are on Wednesday
from 09:00 to 10:00 hrs in S16#05-99, on Wednesday from
14:00 to 15:00 hrs in S16#05-99 and on Thursday from
15:00 to 16:00 in S9A#01-01.
There are two midterm tests and they are on Tuesday 15/09/2009 and
Tuesday 03/11/2009, each time in the first half of the lecture.
