Proxy Voting

Every vote matters.

If you are not able to attend the AGM (5 September), please consider giving your voting rights to a friend who can. He or she will then be able to make an informed decision on your behalf and cast a proxy vote for you.

Each person may carry up to 2 proxy votes, in addition to his or her own vote. Once you have given your rights of voting to another person, you may not hold proxy votes for anyone else, nor vote directly during the AGM..
