    • ICECCS 2013 has negotiated discount rates for accommodation at York Hotel, as shown in the following table.
    Meanwhile, ICECCS organisation will provide free shuttle bus service between conference venue and this hotel.

    Terms and Conditions:

    1. Wireless internet access is included in the above rates.
    2. All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% GST (goods & service tax).
    3. Reservation will only be processed with credit card(s) details with a one night non-refundable deposit imposed.
    4. All reservations are to be made directly with York Hotel, without involving a third party.
    5. Reservation must be received by June 03 2013. Otherwise, rates appended above shall not be honoured and booking acceptance shall be subject to room availability.

  • ♦  Twin-shared Forum

    • We will soon set up a forum for attendees to look for a roommate to share rooms. For the moment, you can send your information (Invoice NO., Name, Gender, Check-in and Check-out dates) to Ms. Yan LIU.

  • ♦  Cheaper Accommodation

    • There are some limited cheaper accommodation (ranging from $80-$140 per room per night) for overseas registered students. Such accommodation locates in NUS campus and is quite close to the conference venue (by 20~30 mins walk or 5~10 mins in campus free shuttle bus). Interested attendees can email Ms. Yan LIU for more details and booking instructions.
