REGISTRATION

Please contact Dr. Manchun ZHENG regarding any issues related to registration and payment, and invitation letter.

  1. ICECCS registration fee only includes the main conference. If attendees want to attend only workshops, they can pay the workshop-only registration fees. 1 week registration fee covers the main conference and all co-located workshops and tutorials. Email us if you are not sure how much to pay.
  2. Conference registration fees cover a copy of the proceedings, attendance to all sessions for three days (lunches, tea breaks, conference dinner all included). 1 day workshop registration fees cover attendance to all sessions, lunch and teak breaks of the selected workshop day.
  3. ICECCS conference authors shall register by 30 April.
  4. Participants must be full-time students to be registered as students, and must provide a valid evidence of their full-time student status (e.g. a scan of student card) by emailing Dr. Manchun ZHENG.
  5. Participants can ask for extra conference dinner tickets. Each ticket costs Singapore Dollar (SGD) 90.
  6. Online registration supports Credit Cards only. For other ways of payment (wire-transfer, cheque, on-line-transfer and so on), please contact Dr. Manchun ZHENG.
  7. All prices are in Singapore dollar (SGD). Currently, 1.00 USD = 1.24 SGD.
  8. If you require any (visa)invitation letter or attendance certificate, please do the registration first and then email Dr. Manchun ZHENG the details. VISA FAQs can be found here. Also, hotel information could be found here.
  9. Cancellations made in writing and emailed by May 15, 2013 will be accepted subject to a 100 SGD cancellation fee. Refunds will be made within four weeks of the end of the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted after May 15, 2013. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of canceling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.
